Federal Corporate Tax Rate

Dear Prime Minister Harper,
I heard that your government is lowering the federal corporate tax rate by another 1.5% on January 1, 2011.
That amounts to a $6 billion give-away to corporations.
Canada already has one of the lowest corporate tax rates in the G8; it’s way lower than the US rate.
Why are you giving profitable corporations another massive tax cut? That $6 billion could be used to create an early learning and child care program; reduce wait times in emergency rooms; lower tuition fees at colleges and universities; and improve community social services.
Let's put people before corporate profits and start taxing large corporations their fair share.
