Talk it Up with Words That Work

Persuasive Communications

All successful campaigns have a persuasive communications strategy. That requires simple, clear and relevant messages. And it requires the discipline to repeat those messages in a consistent manner across the country.

In recent months we’ve worked with a variety of experts both in Canada and internationally. We’ve received a lot of consistent advice about the general rules and specific language to effectively promote the value of public services, defend public employees and fight for tax fairness.

Below you will find a series of strategic communications resources which we encourage you to use – whether you’re writing a letter to a newspaper, calling a radio talk show, sending a letter to a politician, writing a news release or leaflet, giving a speech, or just having a conversation with co-workers or friends.
